Terms & Conditions — t0288 Platform Rules

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related platform policies:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on the t0288 platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. t0288 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The t0288 platform is designed for and primarily directed at players residing in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. t0288 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally permissible in any specific location outside our target market.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the t0288 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all funds therein being subject to review and potential forfeiture.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the t0288 platform:

3.1 Registration Information. 3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. t0288 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered Players from the account security settings panel.

3.3 Suspicious Activity. You must notify t0288 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. t0288 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate account security or has shared their credentials with a third party.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). t0288 requires Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. The KYC process may require submission of the following documents:

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to the Player's t0288 account balance within two (2) minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the payment provider. t0288 does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control including scheduled bank maintenance windows or network issues with payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified (KYC-completed) Players are typically processed within five (5) minutes to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawal requests are processed around the clock, including on Indonesian public holidays. t0288 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request deemed unusual in amount or frequency.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the t0288 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Players must have wagered the full deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal of deposited funds is eligible for processing.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 5x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means the Player must place cumulative eligible bets totalling at least Rp 500.000). 5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the t0288 platform contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. t0288 monitors all bonus activity. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and potentially the suspension of the Player's account:

• Using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds have an expiry period, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be removed from the Player's account balance automatically. t0288 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.1 General Rules. All bets and gaming sessions on the t0288 platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or market, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to the outcome of that specific bet or gaming session.

6.2 Sportsbook. Pre-match and live in-play bets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton, basketball, e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), MotoGP, and other sports are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. t0288 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or where the odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.

6.3 Togel Draws. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results for Togel Hongkong markets are determined by the official draw results published by the relevant official lottery authority. t0288 displays these results in real time and settles associated bets immediately upon result confirmation. t0288 accepts no liability for discrepancies between independently published results and those of the official authority.

6.4 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by certified physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers employed by our partner studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). t0288 does not control live dealer game outcomes and is not liable for technical interruptions caused by the game studio's infrastructure.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. 7.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all t0288 account holders:

8.1 t0288's Right to Suspend. t0288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where t0288 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Engaged in match manipulation, colluding with third parties, or using prohibited software to gain an unfair advantage.

8.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by t0288 — any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to successful KYC completion. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players who have set a self-exclusion period may not request account reopening until the exclusion period has expired.

9.2 Scope of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t0288's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Excluded Losses. t0288 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses including, without limitation, loss of anticipated profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even where t0288 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9.4 No Warranty. The t0288 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. t0288 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any content, game outcome, or information available on the platform.

10.1 Data Collection. t0288 collects and processes personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and general platform use. This data is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication with the Player.

11.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the t0288 operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions. 11.3 Severability. 12.1 Right to Amend. t0288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — t0288 will provide notice to registered Players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the t0288 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
